What happens when my licence expires?
It depends on the plugin. One sold only as a paid product, with no free edition, stops working until you renew. Where a plugin has a free edition, that edition keeps working and never needs a licence at all. Nothing is ever deleted, and renewing restores access. The terms page sets out both cases.
Can I get a refund?

Are the plugins really GPL?
Yes, GPL-2.0-or-later, all of it. Keep, inspect, and modify the version you received. We sell licences for downloads, updates, and support, never closed code.
Do I need the premium edition?
Usually not to start. Each plugin page compares the editions in its pricing section, and the free edition is built to do a complete job on its own rather than to run out at an awkward moment.
Will it work on my hosting?
Almost certainly. Everything targets PHP 7.4 and up, and each plugin page carries a compatibility box with its tested WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
