This website
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no advertising or profiling scripts. To know which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: it counts page views and where visitors arrived from, without cookies, without storing any identifier on your device, and without following you between sites or across visits. There is no profile of you to see, export, or delete, because none is ever built. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes IP addresses transiently to deliver pages (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Two pages load something extra, and only those two:
- The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It replaces a CAPTCHA, does not ask you to identify anything, and is not used to track you.
- The account page embeds the customer portal hosted by Freemius, our merchant of record for direct purchases. That portal loads Freemius’ own script, along with the jQuery library it depends on from jQuery’s public CDN, and may set cookies needed to sign you in and manage your licences, under their privacy policy. Loading a file from any server discloses your IP address to it.
When you email us
We receive your address and what you wrote, and use them only to answer you. Support correspondence is kept while relevant to your license, then deleted.
When you buy a plugin
Purchases made through this website are processed by Freemius as merchant of record: payment details, invoicing, VAT, and license management happen on their systems under their privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and license information to provide updates and support.
Purchases made through the WooCommerce Marketplace are processed by WooCommerce.com, which handles the sale, billing, and subscription. By default it shares aggregate sales figures with us; your email and subscription details are shared when you open a support request with us, under its marketplace privacy terms.
When you use our plugins
Our plugins run on your own WooCommerce store and process your store’s order data locally. We (Laqi Logistics) do not receive, collect, or store that data. You remain the data controller for your store’s orders and customers.
- Laqi Order Status Workflows can send order-status notifications to Slack or Microsoft Teams, or to an email address or webhook endpoint, that you configure. When you enable an action, the relevant order information is transmitted only to the destination you specify. Those recipients are services you choose, governed by their own privacy terms.
- Laqi CSV Order Status Changer imports and exports order data as CSV files within your store. This processing happens locally; files are generated for you and are not sent to us.
Builds distributed through the WooCommerce Marketplace do not include the Freemius SDK. Those builds do not send usage or analytics data to us; WooCommerce.com handles their licensing and updates.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at support@laqi-logistics.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
