If the plugin has a bug or problem we can't resolve for you, email support@laqi-logistics.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We'd always rather fix the issue first. Most things are a quick patch away, so please give us the chance.

Refunds are issued through Freemius (the merchant of record) to your original payment method. License renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date from your Freemius account.

Purchases made through the WooCommerce Marketplace are handled by WooCommerce.com and covered by its 30-day money-back guarantee. Request those refunds through WooCommerce.com so they can return the payment to the original payment method and update the subscription.
