Plugins & licensing

Our plugins are licensed GPL-2.0-or-later. A paid license entitles you to plugin updates and support for the number of sites in your plan, for as long as the license is active. When a license expires, installed plugins keep working; updates and support stop.

Purchases

Sales made through this website are processed by Freemius as merchant of record; their terms of service govern the transaction. Sales made through the WooCommerce Marketplace are processed by WooCommerce.com and governed by its applicable terms of service. Refunds depend on the purchase channel; see our refund policy.

Support

We answer support requests at support@laqi-logistics.com within two business days. Support covers the plugin's documented behaviour on supported versions (see each plugin's compatibility box); it does not cover custom development or third-party conflicts beyond reasonable diagnosis.

Warranty & liability

Plugins are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
