Review the audit trail and undo safely

The Premium Audit trail records action-level evidence separately from the general firing activity. Open Audit trail to filter records by the available rule, order, action, outcome, and date controls, then page through the bounded results.

Use the right-aligned Export CSV action when a filtered review needs to be shared or retained outside WordPress. The export follows the active filters rather than silently exporting an unrelated view.

Undo an eligible action

Undo is deliberately narrower than rollback:

1. Only reversible action types offer an undo control.
2. The plugin compares the order’s current value with the post-action value recorded in the audit entry.
3. Undo proceeds only when they still match.

If staff, an integration, or another rule changed that value later, undo is refused rather than overwriting the newer state. Review the order and make a deliberate manual correction when that happens.

Retention and privacy

Premium retention settings bound the audit trail by both age and row count. Cleanup removes the oldest eligible records; it does not reverse their order changes. CSV files leave WordPress, so store them according to the shop’s privacy and retention policy.
