Free edition

Free is the complete rule engine for workflows that begin when an order enters a status. It includes:

  • Unlimited saved and enabled on-entry rules.
  • Nested AND/OR groups and every core condition field and operator.
  • Every core action, including status changes, notes, tags, assignment, safe metadata, email, signed webhooks, Slack, and Teams.
  • On-entry templates, labels, search, grouping, duplication, import/export, and drag-and-drop priority.
  • Dry-run testing, explain-one-order diagnostics, activity history, settling delays, loop protection, and the global pause.

These capabilities are not time-limited. Premium features are additional files and workflows, not Free features that have been disabled behind a licence check.

Premium edition

Premium includes the complete Free engine and adds:

  • Time-in-status rules with calendar/business-day counting, holiday exclusions, and recurring scans.
  • Weekly scheduled sweeps using bounded asynchronous batches and catch-up of the most recent missed slot.
  • Signed inbound triggers for a WMS, ERP, or 3PL, with per-rule credentials and replay/rate-limit protection.
  • Observe mode and a bounded, paginated Recent observations tab.
  • A searchable Audit trail with filters, CSV export, retention controls, pagination, and state-checked undo for reversible actions.
  • Saved-rule backfill with required dates/statuses, a separate preview stage, background processing, cancellation, resume, pagination, and bounded results.
  • Reusable condition segments, conditional actions, and guarded multi-step sequences.

Which edition do you need?

Use Free when your automations should react to order status transitions. Choose Premium when elapsed time, a recurring sweep, an external signed request, observation/audit, a controlled backlog, reusable rule fragments, branching, or delayed sequences are part of the workflow.

Upgrading adds those workflows without changing the meaning of the free rules you already built.
