Free and Premium editions

Free finds the problems. Pro keeps them from coming back. They are two separately installed plugins, so Pro is an add-on that requires Free and will not activate without it.

✓ Free edition

Free solves the complete core problem: knowing which products in your catalogue are configured in a way that will fail or cost money at fulfilment. All fifteen checks are free, with none held back.

• Products that are shipped and have no weight, and variations with no weight of their own and no parent weight to inherit.
• Incomplete dimensions, weights far beyond anything a courier carries, and virtual products carrying shipping data.
• Products with no shipping class, where the store’s rates charge by class and set no cost for items that have none, so an unclassified product adds nothing at all to the rate.
• Products published with no price, and variable products with no purchasable variations.
• Stock management switched on with no quantity ever set, and a stock quantity that contradicts the in-stock flag.
• Missing SKUs, images, GTINs, and products left only in the default category.
• Downloadable products with no file attached.
• Every check first asks whether your store uses that field at all, so a store pricing purely by weight is never told its whole catalogue is broken.
• One screen under WooCommerce, grouped by check and then by product. A product with two hundred variations missing a weight is one row, not two hundred.
• Dismiss a finding and a rescan never undoes it; switch a check off and its existing findings are kept for when you switch it back on.
• Findings are remembered between scans, and each product shows how long it has been failing a check, so a problem that returns is dated from when it first appeared rather than from this scan.
• Scans run in the background through Action Scheduler, in bounded batches, because large catalogues are the ones most likely to have data problems.

These capabilities are not time-limited or disabled behind a licence check, and the plugin contacts no third party.

P Premium edition

Pro is a separate add-on which requires Free. It leaves Free in charge of finding and reporting, and adds the half that prevents:

• Enforcement at publish, set per check: say nothing, warn, or refuse the save. Warn is the default and blocking is opt-in, because a rule that blocks everything would lock you out of your own catalogue.
• The new product editor and the REST API get a real error, so the save genuinely fails. The classic editor cannot refuse a save at that point, so the product is kept as a draft and told why.
• Imports are never blocked. The WooCommerce CSV importer and programmatic saves are recorded rather than refused, because a nightly supplier feed that fails stops the business.
• Enforcement is set beside each check on Free’s own Checks screen, not on a separate settings page.
• Scheduled scans, daily or weekly, in the background and off by default.
• An email digest of what is new since the last one. Nothing is sent when nothing changed, so a mail repeating the same forty problems never trains you to ignore it. It mails nobody until you set recipients.
• Bulk fixing from a check’s own list. Two checks describe their own remedy completely and take one button; the rest take one value applied to a selection the check has already narrowed. Variations missing a weight are fixed by setting the parent’s weight once, so a product with two hundred of them takes a single value. A check whose fix would be a guess is never offered one, and a fix that did not take leaves its finding standing.
• CSV export of the open findings, all of them or one check at a time, carrying both the check’s key and its readable name. Dismissed findings are left out, because the export is the work list.

If a Pro licence lapses

Free is unaffected. It is a separate plugin, and it keeps scanning, reporting, and remembering findings exactly as before.

Pro stops enforcing rather than stopping your work. A publish that a blocking rule would have refused simply goes through, and the store falls back to free behaviour: the problem is still found and still reported, it just no longer blocks the save. Scheduled scans stop running, so you are not left with a recurring job that fires into a runner which immediately returns. Bulk fixing stops being offered, and the list goes back to reporting only.

Nothing you already fixed is undone. A weight you set in bulk is an ordinary product value now, and it stays exactly as it is.

Your configuration is preserved rather than reinterpreted. The enforcement mode on each check and the scan frequency are your settings, not ours, so renewing restores what you had rather than leaving you to set it up again.
