The plugin names link to their official listings. Support here applies to those specific plugins and the behaviour described below.
WooCommerce Product Bundles
Install Product Bundles by Woo and keep Laqi Unit Stock Manager Pro active. Link the component products or variations to their pools and set their consumption per sale.
Pro excludes the bundle container from pooled-stock demand. The mapped child cart and order lines consume stock through the normal lifecycle. Check the individual component movements after a test purchase and a restock-enabled refund.
WooCommerce Composite Products
Install Composite Products by Woo and map the products or variations offered as components to their pools.
With Pro active, the composite container is excluded while mapped component cart and order lines consume pooled stock. Test the component selections your store offers, including their quantities and refund restocking.
WooCommerce Subscriptions
Install WooCommerce Subscriptions and map the subscription products or variations to their pools.
Pro prepares mapped renewal items for the order-stock lifecycle. Verify a renewal order as well as the initial purchase, and review the movements using its order number in Activity.
BundleBoss
BundleBoss’s own free edition is sufficient for the verified configuration below.
Use Free 1.3.0 or later with Pro 1.4.1 or later. Update Free before Pro. The integration activates automatically while Pro is active.
- Link each component product or individual variation to its inventory pool.
- Set the exact amount consumed per sold component, such as 3 g for a 3 g variation.
- Configure the bundle in BundleBoss. Its selected components determine stock consumption; the bundle container does not need a pool link.
- Place a test order, then check the order’s Unit Stock panel and Products → Unit Stock → Activity for each component’s movement.
A bundle containing three 3 g variations linked to three separate pools consumes 3 g from each pool. Buying two consumes 6 g from each. Bundles and separately purchased products are checked together when they share a pool.
This works when BundleBoss stores selections inside one bundle order line. Each selected component’s pool mapping is used for stock validation, deductions, and refund restocks.
Verified configuration
Verified with BundleBoss Free 6.5.0, WordPress 7.1.2, WooCommerce 11.2.1, and PHP 8.5, using actual classic and Blocks checkout. Checks covered variable components, bundle quantities, insufficient stock, repeat stock events, partial refund restocking, and cancellation. BundleBoss’s paid itemisation mode has not been verified.
Existing orders that never deducted pooled stock are not automatically repaired. Reconcile their missing movements with physical stock before making an explicit adjustment. A No stock movements label means the order has no recorded pooled-stock changes; it does not prove stock was deducted. See Activity and troubleshooting.
Check your store’s configuration
Test the exact configuration of any supported extension in staging, including checkout, cancellation, and a restock-enabled refund. The BundleBoss verification above does not imply that every combination of extensions or optional mode has been tested.
For an unlisted plugin, contact support with its name, version, and an example of the products or variations in an order. Different cart and order structures may need a separate integration.
For ERP, WMS, POS, supplier connections, or CSV exchange, see CSV and external systems. Mobile lookup and stocktake endpoints are covered in Mobile stocktaking.
