Reusable condition segments

Premium segments store a named condition group for reuse across rules. Create and test the shared logic in the segment manager, then insert it into each rule that needs it.

Rules keep compiled snapshots of linked segments. Updating a segment refreshes those snapshots; deleting a segment or opening the rules in a build without segment management does not make existing rules impossible to evaluate. Review every linked workflow before making a broad segment change.

Conditional actions

A Premium conditional action evaluates another condition group against the same order. It runs one selected action when the group matches and an optional different action otherwise. Conditional actions cannot nest inside one another, and their condition nodes count toward the rule-wide safety limits.

Multi-step sequences

A Premium sequence can contain up to 20 ordered steps, each with a wait of up to 365 days and up to 20 normal or conditional actions. A delay starts after the previous step completes.

Before every step, the plugin re-checks the order’s trigger status, the current rule conditions, and whether the rule remains enabled. Editing/disabling the rule, moving the order out of its trigger status, or failing its conditions cancels pending work. Starting the same sequence twice for one order is ignored.

Keep sequences short enough for staff to understand from the editor summary. Split unrelated outcomes into separate rules instead of building one long operational maze.
